At KOB-FLEX Kft, a 7-module enterprise management system was introduced within the framework of the grant. With the help of the grant support, we have carried out the modernization of the company's tech stack and business processes, and consequently our competitiveness improved. Thanks to the this programme, we have implemented a robust system for the collection, organization, and monitoring of our workflows. The system provides up-to-date and accurate management information, simplifies and partially automates administrative processes. The company's position in the relevant market is strengthening, as customer service is carried out with greater efficiency, resulting in increasing customer satisfaction.
